Text
The commissioner of the department of health and human services may adopt rules, pursuant to RSA 541-A, which are deemed necessary for the efficient administration of the duties with which the department is charged under Title IV-D of the Social Security Act, as amended, to provide interstate child support services, provided that such rules shall not be inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter.
