New Hampshire·Title LV PROCEEDINGS IN SPECIAL CASES·Ch. 546-B UNIFORM INTERSTATE FAMILY SUPPORT ACT·Subdivision ARTICLE 1GENERAL PROVISIONS
I.The circuit court, the department of health and human services, or a combination, are the tribunals of this state.
II.The department of health and human services, division of child support services, is the support enforcement agency of this state.
