§ 546-B:29 — Assistance With Discovery
New Hampshire·Title LV PROCEEDINGS IN SPECIAL CASES·Ch. 546-B UNIFORM INTERSTATE FAMILY SUPPORT ACT·Subdivision ARTICLE 3CIVIL PROVISIONS OF GENERAL APPLICATION
A tribunal of this state may:
I.Request a tribunal outside this state to assist in obtaining discovery.
II.Upon request, compel a person over which it has jurisdiction to respond to a discovery order issued by a tribunal outside this state.
