New Hampshire Statutes
§ 541:20 — Contempt of Court
Whenever there is occasion after final decision for the distribution of said excess, any violation on the part of any public utility, or of the officers or members thereof, of the order of the court providing for the repayment of said excess may be punished as a contempt of court.
