Text
Any provisions of federal law relating to rental units owned, operated or subsidized by the federal government which are inconsistent with or contrary to the provisions of this chapter shall supersede the provisions of this chapter. Where not inconsistent, the provisions of federal law shall apply in conjunction with the provisions of this chapter.
