§ 53:4 — Badge
New Hampshire·Title III TOWNS, CITIES, VILLAGE DISTRICTS, AND UNINCORPORATED PLACES·Ch. 53 UNINCORPORATED PLACES·Subdivision Police
Every such officer when on duty, except as a detective, shall wear some badge in plain view with the word "Police" inscribed thereon.
