Text
Any member municipality that withdraws from a district shall be liable for its share of existing debt and contractual obligations, and any existing operating and capital costs its withdrawal would impose on remaining members. All liabilities, obligations, and indebtedness of the district incurred by it through the exercise of its powers and duties shall be full faith and credit obligations of the individual member municipalities except to the extent that the district agreement otherwise provides.
