§ 524:6 — Penalty: Several Obligations
If the penalty or forfeiture is designed to secure the performance of several things to be done at different times, or as security to or for the use of several persons, judgment shall be rendered for the whole of the penalty or forfeiture, and the court shall award execution for so much only as is justly due at that time.
