Text
If a judgment is rendered for the plaintiff, it shall be conditional upon the plaintiff's payment of the amount of the increased value of the real estate. The payment shall be made within one year of the verdict to the clerk of court for the use of the defendant. If the condition is met, a writ of possession shall be issued to the plaintiff. If the condition is not met, the plaintiff's right to the real estate is barred.
