§ 52-A:8 — Use of Proceeds
New Hampshire·Title III TOWNS, CITIES, VILLAGE DISTRICTS, AND UNINCORPORATED PLACES·Ch. 52-A SPECIAL ASSESSMENT DISTRICTS
Any special assessments collected pursuant to this chapter shall be used, in whole or in part, only for public facilities and services authorized by this chapter or for the payment of the principal and interest of bonds and other obligations of indebtedness for such public facilities and services.
