§ 508:7 — Writs of Error

New Hampshire·Title LII ACTIONS, PROCESS, AND SERVICE OF PROCESS·Ch. 508 LIMITATION OF ACTIONS
Writs of error may be sued out within 3 years after judgment and not afterward, unless allowed by the court for sufficient cause, upon petition and notice.
