§ 507:5 — For Official Default
New Hampshire·Title LII ACTIONS, PROCESS, AND SERVICE OF PROCESS·Ch. 507 ACTIONS·Subdivision General Provisions
Sheriffs, constables and other officers liable for default or misconduct in office shall be held to answer for the damages in an action on the case, and in no other form.
