§ 5:6-c — Printing
New Hampshire·Title I THE STATE AND ITS GOVERNMENT·Ch. 5 DEPARTMENT OF STATE·Subdivision Department and Secretary of State
The secretary of state is authorized to contract for printing in connection with his duties under the election laws. The provisions of RSA 8 relative to competitive bidding for state purchases shall not apply to contracts entered into by the secretary of state hereunder.
