§ 5:4 — Preservation of Papers
New Hampshire·Title I THE STATE AND ITS GOVERNMENT·Ch. 5 DEPARTMENT OF STATE·Subdivision Department and Secretary of State
The secretary shall arrange methodically, fold uniformly, file, and label all the papers in his office belonging to the state, preserve the same carefully, and give copies thereof, duly authenticated, whenever required and paid for such copies.
