§ 5:13 — Commissions and Boards Functioning Within Department
New Hampshire·Title I THE STATE AND ITS GOVERNMENT·Ch. 5 DEPARTMENT OF STATE·Subdivision Department and Secretary of State
The ballot law commission shall function within the department of state as a separate organizational entity and with all the powers and duties as heretofore provided, except as otherwise provided by law.
