Text
The director shall accept for preservation and storage any papers or records donated to the state by a member of the New Hampshire congressional delegation from their service in the United States Senate or House of Representatives. Such records shall be placed in a New Hampshire depository selected by the congressman or senator, with the approval of the director, and shall be preserved and disclosed under such terms and conditions as the congressman or senator and the director deem appropriate.
