Text

This chapter shall apply to all computer systems operated by any state agency as defined in RSA 5-D:1, IV. Excepted are systems used in research by state-funded institutions of higher learning. Also excepted are installed consumer systems in common personal use, including, but not limited to facial recognition used to unlock a smartphone.
