§ 498-A:26-b — Attorney's Fees
New Hampshire·Title LI COURTS·Ch. 498-A EMINENT DOMAIN PROCEDURE ACT·Subdivision Determination of Just Compensation
If the condemnee is the prevailing party solely on the issue of public use, he or she shall be entitled to reasonable attorney's fees.
