Text

I. The board shall keep an accurate record of its cost of operation, including the salaries and expenses of the board and board personnel, and shall determine the portion thereof attributable to each condemnor having proceedings before the board. II. Subsequent to any board action, the board shall bill to and collect from each of the condemnors the amount attributable to each, except the department of transportation for proceedings involving land purchases utilizing highway funds. III. Funds collected pursuant to paragraph II shall be disposed of as follows:
