§ 49-B:4-f — Definition of Amendment
New Hampshire·Title III TOWNS, CITIES, VILLAGE DISTRICTS, AND UNINCORPORATED PLACES·Ch. 49-B HOME RULE-MUNICIPAL CHARTERS·Subdivision Amendment of Municipal Charter
For purposes of this chapter, an "amendment" to a municipal charter shall mean any change to an existing charter that does not constitute a revision under RSA 49-B:4-d.
