§ 487:19 — Public Hearings
New Hampshire·Title L WATER MANAGEMENT AND PROTECTION·Ch. 487 CONTROL OF MARINE POLLUTION AND AQUATIC GROWTH·Subdivision New Hampshire Clean Lakes Program
No project for the implementation of a lakes restoration or preservation program shall be approved or initiated until at least 2 public hearings have been held on the project. Said hearings shall be held in one or more of the affected municipalities.
