Text

No boat shall be operated upon any waters of this state after its certificate of registration has been taken up for violation of this chapter other than from the point at which said certificate was taken up to a permanent mooring. For violation of this section said certificate of registration shall be revoked by the department of safety, division of motor vehicles, for a period of not less than 12 months.
