§ 486:11 — Adoption of Federal Regulation
New Hampshire·Title L WATER MANAGEMENT AND PROTECTION·Ch. 486 AID TO MUNICIPALITIES FOR WATER POLLUTION CONTROL
The commissioner may adopt as state rules under RSA 541-A any federal regulations or guidelines issued by the administrator of the United States Environmental Protection Agency which are consistent with this chapter.
