§ 485:38 — Nuisance
New Hampshire·Title L WATER MANAGEMENT AND PROTECTION·Ch. 485 NEW HAMPSHIRE SAFE DRINKING WATER ACT·Subdivision Private Water Sources
Any open well which is not fenced or protected as provided in RSA 485:37 is declared a nuisance and the same may be ordered abated by any court of competent jurisdiction on complaint of any prosecuting officer.
