§ 485:16-c — Adoption of Other Air Pollution Control Measures
New Hampshire·Title L WATER MANAGEMENT AND PROTECTION·Ch. 485 NEW HAMPSHIRE SAFE DRINKING WATER ACT·Subdivision Methyl Tertiary Butyl Ether (MTBE)
In order to reduce air emissions and receive federal credit for such reductions, the commissioner shall be authorized to establish limits on the manufacture, use, or sale of consumer products in accordance with RSA 125-C:6, XVII.
