§ 483:7 — Legislative Designation
New Hampshire·Title L WATER MANAGEMENT AND PROTECTION·Ch. 483 NEW HAMPSHIRE RIVERS MANAGEMENT AND PROTECTION PROGRAM
I. Any nomination approved by the commissioner shall require review and approval by the general court prior to inclusion in the program. Such action shall be filed as a bill in the next legislative session following the nomination. II. Any nomination which is forwarded to the general court for review and approval shall include:
(a)A map showing the boundaries of the river or segment;
(b)A report which specifies the values and characteristics which qualify the river or segment for designation; and
(c)The classifications of the proposed designation pursuant to RSA 483:7-a.
