§ 483:11 — Rulemaking

New Hampshire·Title L WATER MANAGEMENT AND PROTECTION·Ch. 483 NEW HAMPSHIRE RIVERS MANAGEMENT AND PROTECTION PROGRAM

The commissioner, with the advice of the advisory committee, shall adopt rules, pursuant to RSA 541-A, relative to the following:

I.Content and submission of nominations, including requirements and criteria for river segments whose salinity, flow, or level is influenced by tides at its tidal mouth, under RSA 483:6, I. I-a. Determination of the downstream extent for river segments whose salinity, flow, or level is influenced by tides at their tidal mouths.
II.Criteria for acceptance of nominations by the commissioner, including criteria listed in RSA 483:6, IV(a).
III.Preparation for legislative designation of nominated rivers or segments of such rivers under RSA 483:7.
IV.Development of standards, criteria, and procedures for establishment and enforcement of protected instream flow lev
