§ 47:22-b — Manufactured Housing Foundations

The authority granted under RSA 47:22-a to establish minimum construction standards for manufactured housing, as defined by RSA 674:31, shall not extend to imposing requirements that manufactured housing which is located in parks be placed on other than the structural carriers designed for that purpose.
