§ 463:22 — Conveyance
New Hampshire·Title XLIV GUARDIANS AND CONSERVATORS·Ch. 463 GUARDIANSHIP OF MINORS AND ESTATES OF MINORS·Subdivision Guardianships of Estates of Minors
Every guardian of the estate so licensed and sworn, having advertised and sold as may be required by the license, may execute a valid conveyance of the estate sold to the purchaser.
