§ 46:13 — Rules
New Hampshire·Title III TOWNS, CITIES, VILLAGE DISTRICTS, AND UNINCORPORATED PLACES·Ch. 46 ALDERMEN AND COUNCILMEN·Subdivision Procedure
Each branch may make, alter or repeal rules for the orderly transaction of its business; and the 2 branches, by concurrent vote, may make and alter joint rules for the transaction of the business of the 2 branches.
