§ 44:6 — Ward Clerk
New Hampshire·Title III TOWNS, CITIES, VILLAGE DISTRICTS, AND UNINCORPORATED PLACES·Ch. 44 CITIES AND WARDS
The ward clerk shall deliver to his successor in office all records, record books, journals, files, papers and other things whatsoever held by him in his capacity of clerk.
