§ 44:2-a — Filing for City Offices
New Hampshire·Title III TOWNS, CITIES, VILLAGE DISTRICTS, AND UNINCORPORATED PLACES·Ch. 44 CITIES AND WARDS
In accordance with the provisions of RSA 44:2, no candidate for a city office shall file for more than one seat on a city or school district board, commission, committee, or council.
