§ 438:38 — Hindering or Obstructing Officer; Penalties
New Hampshire·Title XL AGRICULTURE, HORTICULTURE AND ANIMAL HUSBANDRY·Ch. 438 STANDARDS FOR WEIGHTS AND MEASURES
Any person who shall hinder or obstruct in any way the commissioner, or any of the inspectors, or a sealer, in the performance of his official duties shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
