§ 438:15-a — Training of Inspectors
New Hampshire·Title XL AGRICULTURE, HORTICULTURE AND ANIMAL HUSBANDRY·Ch. 438 STANDARDS FOR WEIGHTS AND MEASURES
Any inspector of the department of agriculture, markets, and food appointed to enforce the laws and rules pertaining to weights and measures under RSA 438 shall successfully complete the preparatory training program for part-time police officers established by the police standards and training council pursuant to RSA 106-L no later than 2 years from the date of hire. Upon successful completion of the training program such inspector shall be certified as a part-time police officer. Inspectors serving under permanent appointment on April 27, 1990 who have the power to enforce the laws and rules pertaining to weights and measures under RSA 438 shall also successfully complete the preparatory training program for part-time police officers within one year of April 27, 1990 and shall, upon compl
