Text
All fees and fines collected by a state inspector under the provisions of this chapter shall be forwarded to the commissioner of agriculture, markets, and food to be forwarded by him to the state treasurer. All fees and fines collected by a city sealer in that city shall be for the use of that city for the purposes of this chapter.
