New Hampshire·Title XL AGRICULTURE, HORTICULTURE AND ANIMAL HUSBANDRY·Ch. 437 SALE OF PETS AND DISPOSITION OF UNCLAIMED ANIMALS·Subdivision Sale, Gift, or Display of Certain Birds and Rabbits
Rabbits younger than 8 weeks of age shall not be sold or offered for sale; raffled; or offered or given as a prize, premium, or advertising device.
