§ 436:84 — General Penalty
New Hampshire·Title XL AGRICULTURE, HORTICULTURE AND ANIMAL HUSBANDRY·Ch. 436 DISEASES OF DOMESTIC ANIMALS·Subdivision Penalties
Any person who violates a provision of this chapter, or a rule adopted by the commissioner in accordance therewith, for which a penalty is not otherwise provided, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. In addition, such person may be subject to an administrative fine levied by the commissioner, not to exceed $1,000 for each violation.
