§ 436:78 — Exception
New Hampshire·Title XL AGRICULTURE, HORTICULTURE AND ANIMAL HUSBANDRY·Ch. 436 DISEASES OF DOMESTIC ANIMALS·Subdivision Report of Animals Killed
The provisions of RSA 436:77 shall not apply when said killing was done under the supervision of the commissioner or his agent, or an inspector of said board of health or an inspector of the United States Department of Agriculture.
