§ 436:76 — Permit for Removal
New Hampshire·Title XL AGRICULTURE, HORTICULTURE AND ANIMAL HUSBANDRY·Ch. 436 DISEASES OF DOMESTIC ANIMALS·Subdivision Sale of Diseased Animals
No such animal shall be removed except for immediate slaughter from the premises where examined, except upon the written permission of the commissioner.
