§ 436:66 — Offspring

New Hampshire·Title XL AGRICULTURE, HORTICULTURE AND ANIMAL HUSBANDRY·Ch. 436 DISEASES OF DOMESTIC ANIMALS·Subdivision Retention for Breeding Purposes
The offspring of such animals shall be removed and kept apart immediately following birth, and shall be tested by tuberculin or other approved test, at a period not less than 6 months nor more than 9 months from birth.
