§ 436:65 — Milk of Retained Animals
New Hampshire·Title XL AGRICULTURE, HORTICULTURE AND ANIMAL HUSBANDRY·Ch. 436 DISEASES OF DOMESTIC ANIMALS·Subdivision Retention for Breeding Purposes
The milk of such animals may, with the approval of the commissioner, be used after boiling or heating to a temperature of 212 degrees Fahrenheit or after proper pasteurization.
