§ 436:63 — Killing
New Hampshire·Title XL AGRICULTURE, HORTICULTURE AND ANIMAL HUSBANDRY·Ch. 436 DISEASES OF DOMESTIC ANIMALS·Subdivision Retention for Breeding Purposes
Such animals may be condemned and killed at any time by the commissioner when, in his judgment, conditions require such action.
