§ 436:61 — Limitation
New Hampshire·Title XL AGRICULTURE, HORTICULTURE AND ANIMAL HUSBANDRY·Ch. 436 DISEASES OF DOMESTIC ANIMALS·Subdivision Appraisal and Indemnity
If the total amount to be paid from all such sources should exceed the appraisal value, the indemnity to be paid by the state shall be only the difference between the amount received from such sources other than the state and said value.
