§ 436:49 — Pasteurization of Milk From Herds Adopting Alternate Plan
New Hampshire·Title XL AGRICULTURE, HORTICULTURE AND ANIMAL HUSBANDRY·Ch. 436 DISEASES OF DOMESTIC ANIMALS·Subdivision Tests on Application of Owner; Vaccination
Notwithstanding any provisions of law to the contrary, milk from such herds that adopt this alternate plan, including milk from such reactors, may be sold to consumers, but only after being pasteurized.
