§ 436:41 — Expense
New Hampshire·Title XL AGRICULTURE, HORTICULTURE AND ANIMAL HUSBANDRY·Ch. 436 DISEASES OF DOMESTIC ANIMALS·Subdivision Disposal of Diseased Animals
The cost of examination or test in such cases and the expenses of the commissioner or his agents shall be borne by the state.
