§ 436:30 — Interstate Transportation
New Hampshire·Title XL AGRICULTURE, HORTICULTURE AND ANIMAL HUSBANDRY·Ch. 436 DISEASES OF DOMESTIC ANIMALS·Subdivision Permits to Those on State Line or Shipping Interstate
The provisions of RSA 436:29 shall not apply to livestock being transported through the state in interstate commerce.
