§ 436:13 — Examination
New Hampshire·Title XL AGRICULTURE, HORTICULTURE AND ANIMAL HUSBANDRY·Ch. 436 DISEASES OF DOMESTIC ANIMALS·Subdivision Importation of Bovines
The commissioner shall, within a reasonable time, in person or through some competent assistant, make or cause to be made a physical examination of all such imported animals, and may apply such tests as he may deem necessary to determine their health.
