§ 436:12 — Notice of Arrival
New Hampshire·Title XL AGRICULTURE, HORTICULTURE AND ANIMAL HUSBANDRY·Ch. 436 DISEASES OF DOMESTIC ANIMALS·Subdivision Importation of Bovines
When animals brought into the state on such permit have reached their destination or other designated place, the importer or owner or his agent shall, within 48 hours, give notice thereof in writing to the commissioner.
