§ 433:14 — Rulemaking
New Hampshire·Title XL AGRICULTURE, HORTICULTURE AND ANIMAL HUSBANDRY·Ch. 433 SEEDS, PLANTS AND NURSERY STOCK·Subdivision Certification
The commissioner of agriculture, markets, and food is hereby authorized to adopt all necessary rules and to establish such fees as are necessary to carry out the provisions of this subdivision.
