Text

I. The commissioner shall suspend or revoke a state registration certificate issued for an aircraft or commercial aviation operator if the holder thereof makes any material false statement in an application for a certificate or in any report required by the department. II. The commissioner shall revoke an approval certificate for an airport site when:

(a)The holder fails to develop the site as an airport within the 10-year effective period of the site approval, or to comply with the conditions of the approval; or
(b)The site is no longer usable for the aeronautical purposes for which the approval was granted due to changed circumstances. III. The commissioner shall revoke a registration certificate for operation of an airport, or refuse to issue a renewal, when:
(a)There has been a fail
